PROJECT MANAGER

Leonid Pevzner has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, is the Project Manager of Hazardous Materials Services, is a certified EPA/NYS DOL Asbestos Inspector as well as a certified NJ DCA Asbestos Technician. He has over 20 years of experience in the area of hazardous materials evaluation and industrial hygiene. The area of his expertise includes all phases of asbestos, lead paint and other hazardous materials management, universal and hazardous waste, PCBs, mold, radon, indoor air quality investigation and abatement design.

Mr. Pevzner develops and manages comprehensive hazardous materials survey reports, response actions, site specific variances, and abatement specifications and design in accordance with EPA, NIOSH, NESHAP, NYSDOL, NYCDEP and NJDCA requirements. He is a manager of many high profile hazmat projects performed for New York City and state agencies such as: DASNY, CUNY, SUNY, TBTA, as well as New Jersey institutions. His projects include educational, transportation, military, industrial, commercial, health care and residential facilities, buildings and structures. He possesses all necessary professional certifications and is a member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association.
