Elio Gregorat, P.E. has over 25 years of diversified design and construction experience in civil, transportation and utility engineering disciplines. His technical expertise is centered upon site engineering design services, preparation of construction bid documents and performing construction support service for schools, airports, transit, and highway facilities. His strong technical expertise allows him to lead QA/QC design reviews for complex projects.

He has worked not only as a design engineer but has served as Resident Engineer on many of his projects bringing his strong management background and commitment to detail to the construction phase of the project. He has designed site grading and utility relocations, temporary and permanent bridge support systems for highways and has performed value engineering for several structural and civil designs. He has also served as resident engineer for several rail and bridge reconstruction projects.

His responsibilities include project management and implementing of the YU’s overall quality assurance plan. Being the lead QA/QC manager for major civil projects as well as providing management and coordination of engineers, inspectors, subconsultants and client liaison on projects in the New Jersey and New York Region.
