Steve Pylypchuk, PE, ENV SP has over 12 years of experience in civil design, construction, and project management for major infrastructure projects. His experience includes work with public agencies, public utilities as well as private developers to provide expertise in site design, utility design and accommodation schemes, highway/roadway and intersection design and stormwater management design. He also has expertise in land use/zoning laws and regulations and has assisted with municipal approvals for various projects.

In addition, Mr. Pylypchuk has extensive construction experience allowing him to provide expert construction administration and support while maintaining the original intent of the design. He has served as project manager for projects ranging from small residential projects to major transportation infrastructure projects.
