Early Childhood Center
YU & Associates (YU) was retained to perform Site Engineering and obtain the necessary Regulatory Approvals for the new $13,000,000 Trenton Early Childhood Center serving 300 students. The site is located adjacent to the Trenton Battle Monument in an urban area undergoing dramatic redevelopment. Located on a 2.6-acre site, the project involves the design of a new 37,500 square foot building.
The site work includes grading and drainage, storm water management, property reconfiguration to accommodate the new school, relocation of utility facilities and obtaining a TWA Permit for new sanitary sewer.
