As part of its Site Feasibility Investigation Services contract for the Hudson Region YU & Associates, Inc. (YU) was retained by the New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation to perform a site feasibility study for a new Early Childhood Center (ECC) in Jersey City. The site is located near the Hudson Bergen Light Rail in an urban area undergoing dramatic redevelopment. Services provided by YU included providing a boundary survey and property acquisition cost estimates for use in potential purchase of the property.

Investigative services included a Preliminary Assessment, Site Investigation, and Remedial Investigation. YU provided reporting of all findings for each investigation phase. Working closely with the project architect YU developed a Remedial Action Workplan to address all environmental concerns at the proposed site.
